Every Tuesday enjoy a Mexican meal with us at Bellatrix. All day special Mexican menu along with our regular menu.

While having your Mexican fiesta also enjoy some drink specials with your food specials.

$6 Mexican beers, $6 Margaritas and our favorite a $6 Paloma (made the real way...Squirt)             

"The Vice" wines from Napa Valley will be with us at tomorrow's wine expo but is also joining us for this event the night prior. A special wine dinner to be exposed to even more of these delicious Napa wines that perform better than some with a price tag that borders absurd.

So, make your plans to dine with us the night prior to the Wine Expo and enjoy a meal filled with stories, laughs and good food/wine.  Nick Cerbone, formerly of Shafer, will be our guest speaker.

Our Season Opener for the Wine Lunch Series will feature Wiens Family Cellars. A local "Gem" in the Temecula wine industry their values and roots align so closely with the values we hold here at Classic Club & Bellatrix. 

BUILDING FROM OUR PAST

We began with a vision—to craft high-quality, hand-crafted Southern California wines that would weave a unique narrative from vine to glass. Planting our first vineyard by hand in 1996 marked not just the beginning of Wiens Cellars but the deepening of our connection to the viticultural and winemaking process. The initial five varieties laid the foundation for what would later become a diverse portfolio of over thirty, and a modest 14-acre vineyard expanded into an expansive 70+ acres of Southern California hand-cultivated vines.

Amidst this growth, a unique extended family formed from the business. The legacy of Wiens Cellars became a testament to the power of shared dreams, unwavering commitment, resilience, and perseverance. This foundational chapter, written with the toil of many hands and a continuous, collective effort, laid the groundwork for the legacy we uphold today—an enduring commitment to family, quality, and integrity.
